Moxy Omaha Downtown

So happy we finally have a Moxy in Omaha! The location is perfect and walkable to so many iconic downtown/old market spots. The bar makes is super convenient to grab a drink, play some games in the lobby and even grab a snack on your way out! This hotel is awesome for a girls night, bachelor or bachelorette, birthdays and pregaming events downtown!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super swanky spot in the heart of downtown Omaha! The Moxy has an awesome, modern vibe with décor that really stands out. Check-in happens right at the bar — it’s fun and different, though a little hard to hear when trying to ask about parking. They offered two welcome drinks, which was a great touch! The location is phenomenal — easy walking distance to everything downtown. The rooms are small (just an FYI), but very clean, well-kept, and everything smells great. Perfect place for a stylish stay in Omaha!

We had an absolutely incredible experience here. My husband and I were in town for a concert & stayed here. The hotel was well worth the price. The free drinks were amazing; we got mocktails that were some of the best I've ever had. There's tons of activities to do in the lobby & it's such a great vibe. Rooms are clean, shower is elite and we both slept great on the beds with a million pillows. Super dog friendly as well; getting the pet package waived the pet fee and gave us goodies for our Eggo. Would love to stay again.

Main reason I'm giving 5 stars is because Stephanie and the other bartenders were amazing and attentive in the evenings. Cocktails are great! Lobby has great games and entertainment. This hotel has an unbeatable location!! Phenomenally walkable. Tons of nearby restaurant options. With that said, parking is horrific. To charge $99 a room then $40 for parking, is brutal. I get it, you can search out street parking or find a local garage, but still. Room was dinky. If you're looking for a hotel that all you're going to do is sleep there, then this is your place. But I like to do a little work in my room and the teeny desk is not enough. Additionally, it was heavily mentioned that the hotel had warm food options 24/7. I get being understaffed, but I listened to constant gripes at the front desk in the mornings about being understaffed or unable to make anything but one flatbread. So unless I'm ubering, walking the town for meals, and not using a car at all, I think all the struggles make it unlikely I would return regularly for business trips.

stayed here for one night and found it very fun, cute, and well-situated in downtown omaha, with several restaurants and bars in walking distance. the rooms are smaller than other american travelers may be used to, but i liked the practical, european-hostel feel, and everything in the rooms is clean and well-thought out, like the wall hanger options lining the walls and the catch-all tray below the bathroom mirror. staff were extremely welcoming and kind. i will say i wasn't expecting them to be both front-desk and pseudo-bartenders, but it made for a very unique experience and i didn't find the noise from the downstairs bar disruptive at all, though that may be because i was several floors up. made me sad i wasn't sticking around in town long enough to participate in their free events!

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a great overall experience. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are extremely comfortable, clean, and well designed. The beds in particular were fantastic and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Everything felt cozy without feeling cramped, which is exactly what you want when you’re traveling. The location is another big plus. There are lots of things to do around the hotel, from dining and shopping to places to just walk and explore, which made it very convenient to stay here without needing to drive everywhere. One thing to be aware of is the city garbage pickup schedule. Trash collection happens early on Wednesdays, and if you’re staying over Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, the trucks are extremely loud and will likely wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it’s something worth knowing in advance so you can plan accordingly. The water pressure and flow were excellent, which made showers especially enjoyable after a long day. Overall, this is a comfortable, well located hotel that we would happily stay at again.

This was such great stay for us! Trendy, unique hotel with awesome staff. Came with our 14 y/o daughter and she loved our room and the hotel. We had lots of phone-free bonding time in the game area. So awesome!

The rooms are small, but the service is seriously worth it. I think this is a hidden gem. You check in at the bar, the decor is amazing and inviting. The room isn't terribly small it's everything you need a bed, tv, and a bathroom. If you're expecting an extra couch or lots of extra room no the room does not offer that. The downstairs area and lockers with extra necessities made this worth it. I loved being able to come down to the lobby order and drink and play some fun games. On floors 3-6 I believe they keep lockers with extra blankets, toiletries, and they give you the code at check in. I loved being able to grab an extra pillow without the hassle of trying to find someone. Every employee i interacted with was super friendly and helpful. You have the option of Valet or the parking garage across the street too. With it being located in a great spot it was convenient for walking through old market and Capitol district. The price, spot, and great service made this one of my favorite stays.
